Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join our Compliance & Reporting customer team. This role helps shape a brand-new function responsible for building configurable reports that enable Mark43 to expand into new markets while meeting state and agency-specific requirements.

You will partner across Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate client reporting needs into scalable technical solutions, develop configurable forms and workflows, and

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting/configuration technologies like JavaScript and JSON.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to minimize customization while meeting diverse requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers and identify opportunities to improve the product.
• Help establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand new team supporting growth.
• Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, JSON, and related technologies to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling to make compliance reporting easier to build, maintain, and scale.
