Job summary

Mark43 is hiring a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to help build a brand-new team responsible for configurable reports enabling expansion into new markets and jurisdictions. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate client reporting needs into scalable technical solutions.

In this remote-first role, you will develop configurable forms and workflows, troubleshoot reporting challenges with customers, and help set engineering standards

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer success, solutions engineering, product, and engineering to understand reporting needs.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and identify product improvements.
• Help establish engineering standards and best practices for a brand-new team.
• Write and maintain scripts to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling for compliant reporting.
