Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to help build a brand-new team responsible for configurable reports enabling expansion into new markets and jurisdictions. You will work on forms configuration, reporting workflows, and automation scripts to meet state and agency-specific requirements, partnering with multiple teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication with customers, with a fully remote work

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms and reporting workflows.
• Experience with scripting/configuration technologies such as JavaScript and JSON.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product and Engineering to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and identify product improvements.
• Help establish engineering standards and best practices for a new team that supports growth.
• Write and maintain scripts to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling for easier compliance reporting.
