• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build/configure forms and reporting workflows to meet diverse customer requirements.
• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop scripts to support form configuration and automation and improve tooling for compliance reporting.
