Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join the new Compliance & Reporting customer team. You will help build configurable reports that enable Mark43 to expand into new markets and support customers in new jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include developing forms/workflows, scripting for configuration, and collaborating across engineering, product, and success teams to deliver scalable compliance solutions. This role is remote within approved hiring states.

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to understand reporting needs and translate into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to minimize customization while meeting diverse requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers and identify product improvements.
• Help establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand-new team.
• Write and maintain scripts to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling for easier compliance reporting.
