Job summary

Mark43 is hiring a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join a brand-new team that builds configurable reports for expanding into new markets and jurisdictions. The role focuses on compliance reporting, form configuration, and scalable technical solutions.

You will partner with multiple teams to understand customer needs, develop configurable forms and workflows, and improve product tooling. This remote role supports US-based hiring and requires strong communication with customers when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers and identify product improvements.
• Establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand-new team.
• Write and maintain scripts to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal docs and tooling to simplify compliance reporting.
