Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join our remote team. This role will help build a brand-new compliance reporting function to support expansion into new markets and jurisdictions.

You’ll configure reports, forms, and workflows while collaborating with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience designing and configuring reporting forms, strong scripting and JSON

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges for customers and identify product improvements.
• Help establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand-new team.
• Wrote and maintained scripts to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling to simplify compliance reporting.
