Job summary

Moffitt is seeking a Compensation Project Leader to oversee compensation programs, analytics, and technology solutions, including Workday Advanced Compensation, Payfactors, and ServiceNow. This role partners with HR, Payroll, and leadership to ensure accurate processing and compliance.

You will lead annual market reviews, merit and incentive processes, and manage a team, driving process improvements and system enhancements in a remote-eligible environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible compensation experience.
• PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM SCP, or CCP required.
• Experience leading or supporting ServiceNow case management and workflow administration within HR or Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation software governance including Workday, Payfactors and ServiceNow.
• Oversee ServiceNow workflows, case management, dashboards, reporting and user support.
• Develop and maintain compensation reporting, audits and training materials.
• Lead annual market pricing, merit administration and incentive processes; drive process improvements.
