The role emphasizes governance, analytics, and collaboration across HRIS, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to optimize total rewards and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive compensation or related HR experience, including market benchmarking and pay programs.
• Experience leading compensation processes, projects, or staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compensation programs, policies, practices, and tools.
• Lead annual and exception compensation, promotion, and bonus processes with leadership guidance.
