• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field is required.
• Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible compensation experience including program administration, analytics, and project leadership.
• Experience leading team members and/or large-scale cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or CCP certification is required.
• Preferred: experience leading or supporting ServiceNow case management and workflow administration in HR/Compensation.
• Experience managing large-scale compensation projects, technology implementations, and process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Compensation Systems & Technology Leadership: lead for Compensation software (Workday, Payfactors, ServiceNow) and oversee annual planning cycles, merit and market adjustments, incentive administration, and related testing.
• Oversee Compensation ServiceNow workflows, case management, dashboards, reporting, and user support.
• Partner with HRIS, Payroll and Workday teams to implement enhancements and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain compensation reporting, audits, training materials, and system documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve reporting, and enhance service delivery.
• Lead compensation initiatives, system upgrades, policy updates, and organizational changes.
• Develop project plans, coordinate resources, manage timelines, and report status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, testing, change management, training, and implementation.
• Oversee audits and materials, and recommend process improvements.
• Manage job description review process and ensure published descriptions are complete and accurate.
• Assist with position reviews and pricing as backlog permits.
• Lead annual market review and merit/incentive processes, and oversee survey participation.
• Supervise Compensation team members with coaching, performance evaluation, and hiring decisions.
