Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible compensation experience.
• PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM SCP, or CCP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation systems & technology leadership for Workday, Payfactors and ServiceNow.
• Oversee annual market reviews, merit and incentive administration, and audits.
• Develop reporting, training materials, and system documentation for compensation processes.
• Manage job description review and pricing, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
