Modivcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a Compensation Partner to serve as the primary advisor to business leaders and HR partners. In this remote role, you will guide compensation policies, market pricing, promotions, and incentive programs while analyzing workforce data for equity and retention insights.

You will design and administer base pay, merit increases, bonuses, and STIPs, evaluate job levels and salary ranges, and develop cost models to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years of compensation experience in large/complex or healthcare settings.
• Experience in plan design, market pricing, salary structure development.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency; financial modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compensation advisor to business leaders and HR partners.
• Design, implement, and administer compensation programs (base pay, merit, bonuses).
• Evaluate job descriptions, levels, and salary ranges for equity and market competitiveness.
• Develop financial models and cost analyses to support compensation recommendations.
• Support annual compensation planning, including STIPs and structure reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance, HRIS, and HR teams to improve processes and data accuracy.
