Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Compensation Partner for a full-time remote role within our Human Resources team. You will own a wide range of compensation work, from offers to annual merit cycles, advising leaders with market data and equity.

You will partner with leaders across the organization, drive merit and bonus processes, and ensure pay practices align with regulatory requirements, fostering a pay-for-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR experience in compensation roles.
• Experience advising managers and senior leaders on pay decisions.
• Knowledge of market pricing, salary benchmarking, and leveling.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS systems.
• FLSA pay compliance knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Healthcare compensation experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-state employee populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and senior leaders on compensation decisions and align recommendations.
• Recommend base pay, incentives, bonuses, retention pay, and other compensation.
• Conduct compensation analyses using market data and internal data.
• Drive the annual merit cycle and bonus process with the HR leadership.
• Review and approve pay-rate changes in UKG per guidelines.
• Evaluate jobs, determine levels and career pathways.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA and pay regulations;
• Educate managers on pay practices and provide compensation training.
• Stay current on labor market trends and best practices.
