Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a senior Compensation partner to translate enterprise strategies into practical pay solutions for a healthcare-focused organization. You will advise business leaders, HR, and Finance on policies, structures, and incentive programs while driving internal equity and market competitiveness.

The role requires 7+ years of compensation experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, Workday, ADP, and PayFactors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Mathematics or related field.
• 7+ years of broad-based compensation experience; healthcare/large org preferred.
• Experience in compensation plan design and market pricing.
• Strong Excel, analytical and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of FLSA, EEO, pay equity and pay transparency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on compensation policies, salary structures, and incentives.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and internal equity.
• Design and administer base pay, merit increases and bonuses.
• Evaluate job descriptions and salary ranges for equity and competitiveness.
• Support annual compensation planning and STIP.
• Improve compensation processes with Finance/HRIS.
