OpenLoop is hiring a Sr. Compensation Partner to own core compensation work, from analysis to delivery, including benchmarking, job architecture, comp cycles, and modeling for groups you support.

You’ll partner with People, Finance, Legal and business leaders to make sure comp decisions are data-driven, well-modeled, and easy to explain. You will collaborate across functions and contribute to equity decisions while improving compensation processes in a remote-friendly, fully distributed

Formación

• Leadership in total rewards with compensation and benefits.
• Experience in a high-growth environment.
• Built or overhauled job architecture and salary structures.
• Hands-on equity administration experience.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FLSA, and state pay laws.
• Strong modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets with survey data.
• Ability to explain complex programs to partners and employees.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the go-to compensation partner for assigned groups.
• Lead market benchmarking with Radford or similar surveys.
• Maintain and extend job architecture and salary ranges.
• Run annual comp cycle workstreams from data prep to rollout.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and analyses with clear recommendations.
• Support equity program decisions with modeling and grant sizing.
