IDR is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of pay programs across the organization. This remote, full-time role collaborates with HR partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HRIS teams to ensure market competitiveness and legal compliance.

You will analyze market data, perform job evaluations, and help drive compensation projects that attract and retain top talent while supporting a culture of equity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in compensation administration or related HR field.
• Experience in job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate across HR functions.
• Knowledge of federal and state wage laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management, implementation, and ongoing administration of employee and provider pay programs.
• Support development, analysis, and recommendation of pay practices based on market conditions.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HRIS teams.
• Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment laws to ensure compliance of compensation programs.
• Lead and participate in compensation-related projects, providing guidance to enhance effectiveness.
• Utilize analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and propose improvements.
