The ideal candidate has experience in compensation administration, job analysis, market pricing, and the ability to drive initiatives with strong compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience in compensation administration or a related HR role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing.
• Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across multiple HR functions.
• Strong understanding of compliance with federal and state employment laws.
