Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• OR five years of Human Resources/Total Rewards experience.
• One year of Human Resources or functionally relevant compensation experience.
• Healthcare compensation experience (preferred).
• Experience with market benchmarking analysis software.
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with Workday (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support compensation initiatives related to job evaluation and internal equity.
• Conduct market analysis and survey participation for compensation decisions.
• Provide compensation support for Talent Acquisition and HR Services, including job description reviews and changes.
• Assist in market analyses for job families, market adjustments and merit processes.
• Collaborate with peers and help maintain equitable pay programs and regulatory compliance.
