Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Five years of HR/Total Rewards experience or equivalent.
• One year in compensation or related function.

Responsibilities

• Participate in third party external market surveys.
• Review external market survey results and match internal job equivalents.
• Run reports from various HR systems to audit data and support compensation processes.
• Assist in various compensation-related requests, including reclassification/promotional adjustments and new hire salary offers.
• Support Compensation Team in day-to-day assignments or projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
