Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Five years of Human Resources/Total Rewards experience.
• One year of Human Resources or compensation experience.

Responsabilités

• Participate in third party external market surveys.
• Review external market survey results and match internal job equivalents.
• Run reports from various HR systems to audit data and support compensation processes.
• Assist in compensation-related requests including reclassifications, promotions and new hire salary offers beyond equity guidelines.
• Support Compensation Team in day-to-day assignments or projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
