Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support job evaluation, internal equity, market analysis, survey participation, and overall compensation analysis. You will support Talent Acquisition and HR Services, including job description reviews, creation and changes, and inactivation requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• OR five years of Human Resources/Total Rewards experience.
• One year of Human Resources or functionally relevant compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in third party external market surveys.
• Review external market survey results and match internal job equivalents.
• Run reports from various HR systems to audit data to support compensation process or initiatives.
• Assist in various compensation-related requests, including reclassification/promotional adjustments and new hire salary offers beyond established guidelines and equity submissions.
• Support Compensation Team in day-to-day assignments or projects.
• Other duties as assigned
