Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation initiatives, including job evaluation, internal equity, market analysis, and survey participation. You will work with Talent Acquisition and HR Services to review job descriptions and assist with reclassifications and salary offers.

Based in a remote location, you will collaborate with the Caregiver Office and other compensation teams, ensuring equitable pay programs and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Or five years of Human Resources/Total Rewards experience.
• One year of Human Resources or compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation initiatives including job evaluation, internal equity, market analysis and survey participation.
• Provide compensation analysis for Talent Acquisition and HR Services, including job description reviews and changes.
• Assist with reclassification, promotional adjustments, salary offers beyond guidelines, and equity submissions.
• Support Caregiver Office initiatives, market analysis for job families, market adjustments and the merit process.
• Develop and maintain consistent and equitable pay programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with peer compensation team members on day-to-day tasks and projects.
