Job summary

Ethos is recruiting experienced community programs managers to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on grant narratives, donor reports, and program logic models for funders and boards, requiring expert document craftsmanship and strong written communication.

The position offers flexible, remote, part-time engagement (5–20 hours per week) with ASAP start and competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support weathering AI model training with professional documents, reports, and briefing materials.
• Collaborate with researchers and funders to ensure outputs meet board expectations and donor requirements.
• Develop and critique grant narratives, donor reports, and program models used in proposals and stewardship plans.
