Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (program charters, raid logs, capacity planning, steering committee decks, milestones, dependencies, stage-gate packets).
• Own program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure documents meet executive scrutiny.

We’re looking for program managers with 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: program charter and scope documents, raid logs, resource capacity planning spreadsheets, steering committee status decks, milestone and dependency tracking spreadsheets, and stage-gate review packets.

Compensation: $70/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
