Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (program charters, raid logs, capacity planning, steering committee decks, milestones, dependencies, stage-gate packets).
• Own program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure documents meet executive scrutiny.
