Job summary

Ethos is seeking program managers to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own enterprise programs, manage charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting while delivering high-quality documents and presentations.

Fully remote with flexible, 5-20 hours per week. Immediate start preferred for experienced candidates with a track record in cross-functional implementations and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Coordinate resource capacity planning and milestone tracking across stakeholders.
