The role offers flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week, fully remote, with an ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour for the right candidate with 4+ years in nonprofit work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work.
• Experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong writing and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated grant proposals, donor reports, and program logic models.
• Evaluate and improve AI-produced narratives, reports, and decks.
• Develop board briefing decks and donor stewardship plans.
• Collaborate with nonprofits to ensure documents meet funder expectations.
