Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to help train an advanced language model on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks. You will create, evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows with direct ownership of program charters, logs, and steering committee reporting.

The role is fully remote, involves 5-20 hours per week, and starts ASAP. Fluency in capacity planning spreadsheets and strong written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional initiatives with direct ownership of charters, logs, and reporting.
• Fluency building capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking under exec scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (charters, logs, steering deck, milestones).
• Manage cross-functional implementation initiatives and ensure alignment with program scope and Charter artifacts.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and drive stage-gate reviews with detailed documentation.
