Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced programme managers to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will lead cross-functional programs, coordinate reporting cadences, and craft high-quality PowerPoint decks for steering committees and executives.

The role is fully remote in Canada with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week) and ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour CAD, with a remote, independent work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Prepare steering committee decks, program status reports, and executive one-pagers.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of visuals and written content.
