Zusammenfassung

Assemble is seeking a Community Growth Associate to connect with senior decision-makers and drive peer-driven conversations that expand our Boards, Councils, and summits. You will research accounts, map engaged contacts, and book qualified conversations with the Director of Community Growth and Membership Directors.

You’ll be measured on clear monthly goals, use CRM data to refine targeting, and collaborate across teams in a fast-moving remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Relationship-builder who can balance Assemble and member interests and influence executives up to the C-level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior executives.
• Comfortable owning KPIs and CRM documentation in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious researcher and creative problem solver who understands organizational structure.

Aufgaben

• Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for qualified briefs and expansion opportunities.
• Run a consistent outreach process across member accounts to ensure relevant first touches.
• Manage high volume emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach across a rolling pipeline.
• Research and map member accounts to uncover new executives and whitespace for expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations for leadership and hand over context for next steps.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, boards, councils, and summits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams on growth projects and strategy.
• Use CRM data and feedback to refine targeting and outreach playbooks.
