Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Community Growth Associate to connect with senior decision-makers and bring the right people to peer‑driven conversations. You will research and map each account in your Practice, reach new executives, book qualified conversations, and hand them off with context to expand seats, Boards, and Councils.

This fully remote role is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on growth. You'll collaborate with the Director of Community Growth and Membership Directors, track monthly

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Relationship-builder who can engage executives up to the C-level with confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior executives.
• Comfortable owning KPIs and maintaining CRM records in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious researcher and creative problem solver who understands organizational structures.

Responsibilities

• Identify and schedule qualified conversations with senior decision-makers.
• Map accounts to find opportunities for seat, Board, and Council expansion.
• Manage a high volume of emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Collaborate with the Director of Community Growth and Membership Directors.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, boards, councils, and events.
