Job summary

Assemble is seeking a proactive Community Growth Associate to connect with senior decision-makers at member companies. You will map accounts, identify opportunities, and book qualified conversations that drive seat, Board, and Council expansion.

This is a fully remote role with clear monthly goals and close collaboration with the Director of Community Growth and Membership Directors. You don't need years of executive membership experience; we're looking for curiosity, organization, and excellent

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or similar client-facing role.
• Relationship-builder who can engage executives up to the C-level with confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable owning KPIs and maintaining CRM records in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious researcher and creative problem solver who understands organizational structure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals for qualified briefs scheduled and expansion opportunities monthly and quarterly.
• Run consistent outreach across member accounts with effective first touch.
• Manage high volume emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Map accounts to find new executives and whitespace for expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations for directors and hand over context.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities and networks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on projects to drive growth.
• Use CRM data and feedback to refine targeting and messaging.
