Assemble is seeking a Community Growth Associate to drive growth within member companies by researching accounts, identifying opportunities, and engaging senior executives. You will book qualified conversations, move opportunities forward, and collaborate with the Director of Community Growth and Membership Directors to strengthen relationships and expand seats, boards, and councils.

Formación

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Relationship-building with executives up to the C‑level.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve individual and team goals for qualified briefs and expansion opportunities monthly and quarterly.
• Run a consistent outreach process across member accounts to ensure relevant touches.
• Manage high volumes of emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach across a large pipeline of member accounts.
• Research and map member accounts to find new executives, functions, and teams for expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations for leadership and hand over with clear context.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, Boards, Councils, summits, and network.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams on projects and strategy to drive account growth.
• Use CRM data and feedback to refine targeting and outreach playbooks.
