Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Community Growth Associate to drive growth within member companies, mapping accounts and reaching new executives who would benefit from Boards, Councils, and summits. You’ll book qualified conversations and hand them off with context to move toward expansion, collaborating with the Director of Community Growth and Membership Directors to strengthen relationships.

You’ll work on achieving monthly goals, maintain CRM records, and refine outreach playbooks while engaging

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Ability to engage executives up to the C-suite with confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior outreach.
• Comfort with CRM records and KPI ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious researcher with strong problem-solving to map org structures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for briefs scheduled and expansion opportunities.
• Run outbound outreach across member accounts with relevant first touches.
• Manage a high volume of emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages in a rolling pipeline.
• Research member accounts to find new executives and whitespace for expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations and hand over context to the Growth team.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, boards, councils, and summits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on growth projects and strategy.
• Use CRM data and feedback to refine targeting and outreach playbooks.
