Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Community Growth Associate for a fully remote role, focused on linking with senior decision-makers and expanding member programs. You will research and map accounts to uncover opportunities, then reach executives who would benefit from our boards and summits, booking qualified conversations for the team.

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to engage executives up to C-level with confidence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach to senior leaders.
• Comfortable maintaining CRM records in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, organized, commercially minded with relationship-building focus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior executives from leading companies.
