ABB Inc. is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist focused on the Commercial Construction market in the United States. You will develop complex proposals by analyzing RFPs, configure products, and collaborate with proposal resources to produce clean, executable orders balancing profitability and customer needs.

This remote role is in ABB’s Electrification Smart Buildings Division in the U.S. You will partner with factory teams and sales managers to guide strategy, manage risks, and ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
5+ years experience in electrical distribution or related sales/quotations.
Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.
Proficiency with Outlook, Salesforce, and Teams.

Responsibilities

Create clean, competitive, compliant, and compelling proposals for Commercial Contractor projects.
Collaborate with factory proposal teams, application engineers, product managers, and sales reps.
Organize Project Strategy and Risk Meetings to align priorities and ensure success.
Seek training and mentorship to support development and ensure executable, profitable projects.
