LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join a nationwide remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and work within regulatory guidelines to recover delinquent accounts.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities. A high school diploma and a remote-capable workspace are required.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening required.
• Negotiation skills to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing and collection systems.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers’ finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize collection activities to maximize recoveries.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and notes.
• Ensure professional, compliant customer interactions in difficult conversations.
• Follow federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
