Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collections.
• Aim to meet individual and departmental goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and company policies.
