LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join our team from home. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in third-party collections, strong negotiation skills, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Remote-work capable with professional, distraction-free space.
• Experience in high-volume collections environments.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and CMS.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements per borrowers' circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize accounts to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and performance records.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and policies.
