Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join a fully remote, nationwide team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and apply skip-tracing techniques to locate borrowers while maintaining professional, compliant conversations.

This role requires at least two years in third-party collections, strong verbal communication, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' individual financial circumstances.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation and ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
