Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience preferred.
• Experience in collections, account management or billing reconciliation is a plus.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a team environment and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
• Correct billing errors while maintaining client account integrity.
• Handle account cleansing and reconcile payments.
• Update purchase orders, cost centers, invoices and quotes as needed.
• Collaborate with invoicing, account maintenance, collections, and sales support.
• Maintain good working relationships across Pitney Bowes units.
