Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years client service experience.
• Prior experience in collections, account management, or billing reconciliation preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business
• Correct billing errors while maintaining client account integrity in all systems
• Handle account cleansing including payment application and reconciliation, PO updates, billing consolidations, and price quote generation
• Collaborate with invoicing, account maintenance, collections, and sales support teams
• Communicate with and maintain good working relationships across Pitney Bowes business units
