Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a remote-based Collection Account Specialist to support high-value SendTech Clients with accurate billing and collections. You’ll protect client satisfaction by resolving issues with internal partners and handling sensitive financial data.

This work includes a background screening for credit review and a scheduled 8.5-hour shift Monday–Friday CST. The role emphasizes resolving delinquent balances, collaborating across teams, and maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications

• 2+ years client service experience.
• Experience in collections, account management, and/or billing reconciliation preferred.
• Strong time management practices.
• Excellent professional written and oral communication.
• The ability to work independently and prioritize daily activities while in a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
• Correct billing errors within multiple lines of business while maintaining client account integrity in all applicable systems.
• Handle account cleansing, including payment application, reconciliation, PO and cost center updates, billing consolidations, invoice corrections, inventory updates, and price quote generation.
• Collaborate with invoicing, account maintenance, collections, sales support, and respond to client inquiries.
• Communicate with and maintain good working relationships across Pitney Bowes business units.
• Organize and maintain your day to ensure proper time parameters are met.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
