Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Collections Account Specialist for a remote-based role to support high-value SendTech clients. You will handle sensitive financial data, perform billing and collections activities with accuracy, and participate in background screenings that include a credit review.

The position involves an 8.5-hour day shift (Mon-Fri) between 7:00am and 9:00pm CST, with wage at $18.00 per hour depending on skills and location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience.
• Prior experience in collections, account management, and/or billing reconciliation (preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
• Correct billing errors while maintaining client account integrity in all applicable systems.
• Handle account cleansing, including payment application, reconciliation, PO and cost center updates, billing consolidations, and invoice corrections.
• Collaborate with invoicing, account maintenance, collections, and sales-support teams; respond to client inquiries.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships across Pitney Bowes business units.
