Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Remote Collections Account Specialist to support high-value SendTech clients. You will oversee past-due accounts, correct billing errors, and coordinate with invoicing and collections teams from EST or CST time zones.

The role emphasizes accuracy, client satisfaction, and secure handling of financial data. Requires at least 2 years in client service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a home environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience.
• Experience in collections, account management, and/or billing reconciliation preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Excellent professional written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
• Correct billing errors while maintaining client account integrity.
• Perform account cleansing including payment application and reconciliation.
• Update purchase orders, cost centers, invoicing, and price quotes as needed.
• Collaborate with invoicing, account maintenance, and collections teams.
• Maintain cross-unit relationships and respond to client inquiries.
• Plan and organize daily tasks to meet deadlines.
