Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote-based Collection Account Specialist to support high-value SendTech Clients, ensuring timely billing and collections with accuracy. You will protect client satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners to resolve transactions.

You will handle sensitive financial data and participate in the required background screening. Work hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:30 PM EST; eligibility requires residing in EST/CST areas and lawful US work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience.
• Prior collections, account management experience preferred.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Able to work independently while collaborating in a team.
• Strong organizational skills; MS Office a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others.
• Attention to detail; strong problem-solving and analytic skills.
• Remote/telework experience suitable for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
• Correct billing errors within multiple lines of business while maintaining client account integrity in all applicable systems.
• Handle account cleansing, including payment application and reconciliation, PO updates, billing consolidations, invoice corrections, inventory updates, and price quote generation.
• Collaborate with agents responsible for invoicing, account maintenance, collections, sales support and respond to client inquiries.
• Communicate with and maintain a good working relationship across business units at Pitney Bowes.
• Organize and maintain your day to ensure proper time parameters are met for all items and tasks.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
