Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Collections Account Specialist for a remote-based role. You will support high-value SendTech clients with precise billing and collections, ensuring accurate processing and timely resolutions. This position runs Monday–Friday, 8.5 hours per day, during CST business hours.

You will collect overdue balances, correct billing errors, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to maintain client satisfaction and account integrity in our systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience is preferred.
• Experience in collections, account management or billing reconciliation helps.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
• Identify and correct billing errors while preserving account integrity.
• Handle account cleansing: payment application, PO updates, price quotes.
• Collaborate with invoicing, collections, and sales-support teams.
• Maintain good relationships across business units and respond to inquiries.
• Plan and manage daily tasks to meet time parameters.
