Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years business experience in collections, finance or customer service
• Experience with SAP and Business Objects preferred

Responsibilities

• Interact with offshore teams to support collection activities and expedite payments
• Respond to inquiries from offshore teams promptly and professionally
• Escalate issues as needed and monitor offshore solutions
• Conduct quality audits of offshore performance and provide training as needed
