Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a remote Collections specialist to manage offshore coordination for accounts receivable and payment plans. You will support customers and internal teams, escalate issues as needed, and help optimize collection performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years business experience including collections, finance or customer service preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• SAP and Business Objects experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with offshore teams to support collections and ensure customers have information to expedite payments.
• Respond to inbound requests from offshore teams in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to concerns raised by Cardinal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Initiate, execute, and track escalation procedures.
• Identify issues and determine root causes with internal/external stakeholders when offshore operations fail to meet expectations.
• Monitor progress of offshore solutions to ensure root causes are resolved.
• Conduct regular quality audits of offshore team performance and communicate issues to offshore leads.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and system access for offshore team members.
