Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a remote, nationwide role in Collections. The position supports offshore teams to secure timely payments, handles inquiries, and escalates issues when needed.

It includes quality audits, training, and onboarding of offshore members. The role requires 3–5 years in collections/finance or customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP and Business Objects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years business experience including collections, finance or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP and Business Objects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with offshore teams to support collection activities and ensure customers have information to expedite payments.
• Respond to inbound requests from offshore teams in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to concerns raised by Cardinal stakeholders promptly and professionally.
• Initiate, execute, and track escalation procedures as needed.
• Identify root causes with stakeholders when offshore operations miss expectations.
• Monitor progress of offshore solutions to ensure issues are resolved.
• Conduct regular quality audits of offshore teams and communicate findings to leads.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
